I like that it is very easy to use, not too complicated for new users or companies with little experience in software/CRMs etc., but also has good features built into make sense out how they are used as well which makes this program useful from either side! As others have mentioned there isn't much customization available when you first start using HC 1 (but we've been told by customer support staff so far everything will be customizable).
We had problems keeping up our patient record system after switching over - most likely because some patients were getting lost somewhere between departments within my organization before being transferred back here once their treatment was completed elsewhere; however since then things seem better now than ever though still could do more workflows automation where possible!!
