Review on ZooM Mobile Sales Force Automation by Matthew Thorndike

I like how easy it is to use once set up (it takes only minutes). There are many features included within the main program but if they don't do what your looking for there's tons of other programs out their which can handle these things better than ZOOM! Great customer care team - always willing to assist when needed. Some functions we need have not been implemented yet so until then its just "okay" functionality. We've had great success implementing Zooms Fieldforce into our sales organization at one time having over 40 employees who used zoomes mobile app daily including supervisors/managers. I like it because of its user friendly interface and easy navigation through dashboard. Also, there is no need of any training or experience required to use it. Sometimes when we try to search some information from our previous project it takes time to load up. So, make sure to have enough internet connection while working with zooms mobile salesforce automation tool. We are solving problems related to managing client's projects by automating their tasks.
