I love how easy it was to use once we got started using this program! We were able solve most issues right away so there wasn't much thinking involved at first--we just had fun figuring out what worked best together as far as scheduling goes (and then making changes if needed). The customer support could be improved upon sometimes but overall they have been very responsive when contacting them via email or phone calls throughout my tenure working here thusfar. This has made managing reservations extremely efficient since you don’t need multiple emails back & forth regarding dates that are unavailable vs ones available etc.,etc.. Just one simple communication makes things easier than having several conversations about availability over time frames which really adds up considering your trying times during COVID19 pandemic situation currently going through!! Also being flexible enough not only allows us room flexibility within those rooms booked while still maintaining quality standards set by hotels themselves helps immensely too especially given some hotel's recent updates towards.
