Review on Edge Products 84130 Insight Monitor by Marquez Hinshaw

The touch screen stopped working after a year and a half. Update your software to see if it fixes the problem. After updating the Fusion software it says I can extend my warranty for an additional year for $19.95. So I bought it under warranty. I called tech support to get my CTS2 fixed as the screen still didn't work and they said I couldn't add a warranty to my unit. They explained that the program provided the option and processed the payment. They didn't honor the extended warranty but added the 19.95 I paid to the 100 they charge to repair the unit. The support people were nice and gave me a shipping label.
