They protect my cables well

They require some effort to install but one day they will protect my cables well. My idiot decided to chew through the cord of my brand new lamp by tripping over my light switch and briefly leaving us all in the dark prompting me to purchase (the cat is fine by the way). I put them on and he chews them like hell but as far as I can see the laces aren't damaged. I splash water on him like crazy, but when there are no people around, the cat plays and I can't do anything. I'll say they're a little on the big side, but they're effective, so I don't care if they look a little unattractive. I felt like I was in a science fiction movie.
