Hard to fully inflate

Great for exercise and the images in the ball itself makes it easy to use. However, it is difficult to fully inflate. Absolutely love it!!.

Unsupportive as a Chair: Although the exercise ball can be used as a yoga chair for desk work, this may not provide the same level of support as a traditional office chair. Long periods of sitting on the ball may lead to discomfort or poor posture, which can be detrimental to overall health
