My door is working again My house was built approx. 2004 This differs slightly from original equipment as the knob is on the lock and not the receiver. But it has been stated in the literature associated with the product. It fits and works well. An installation note: the two screws located on the receiver's ears don't really do anything other than hold the receiver in place (so that the target lines up with the white tab of the lock) while you're using the 3 -Inch set screw screw into the receiver. Luckily, these screws are easy to loosen. But the receiver and lock work fine even without those screws, as long as you position the receiver in the correct vertical position when tightening the large internal locking screw.
