2 " black plastic casters with brakes. 360 degree rotation. Set of 4 is just what I needed and good value for money
Requires bolts on rollers for plates instead of rollers with shafts that require drilling to fit. They also have brakes so you can keep them from moving which is a plus. Good price too.
