Good replacement with one important detail

This item installs and works well with the Xbox One S Wireless Controller, the bottom of the component that doesn't allow you to connect it in the same way as the OEM install analog joystick. After figuring it went through the alignment holes as far as it could go I soldered it and reassembled the controller and everything works fine.
