Works great on a variety of materials including wood, plywood, MDF and plastic. We use these bits every day in the workplace I manage. I have never broken a piece of this kind.
Pros
- Solid carbide tools offer longer tool life and higher cutting speeds than other materials but are more brittle and must be used with rigid tool holding systems
