I used these to install barn joist brackets and they were just what I was looking for. They have a satin finish after the oil has been wiped off. The black coating held up pretty well to the repeated tightening and loosening of the screws while I was figuring out how snug my robe fit. A 3/8-inch open-end wrench, 7/16 x 12 box-end wrench, or 12-point socket will work for them.
