I like how easy it is to use and get up and running quickly without having any prior knowledge or experience using this product. It has been very simple to train our team members to use and we have had no issues at all from either end. We've only used their support services twice so far but they were quick to respond both times. They are not currently offering much more than what you would find through other products which makes them a bit limited if you need additional functionality beyond basic communication capabilities. There's nothing about this software that we dislike - everything seems great! We're able to easily integrate chatbot integrations into our platform as well as call recording/streaming. This allows us to provide better customer service by being available 24 hours per day 7 days per week.
