When my garage door started having trouble opening and closing, I decided to replace my 50 year old rollers which did not look good. These were nylon vs. the steel rollers I had in my garage so this would make the door quieter. I did some research on the best way to replace them and was able to replace all 10 in 30 minutes. The best way is to bend the metal guide just enough near the top of the garage door to allow you to remove each roller and replace it with a new one. As each roller is replaced pull the door up to the next roller and repeat. When your done, just bend the metal guide back the best you can to prevent the roller from coming out. Then repeat on the other side.
