Works very well, better than the tweeter to be replaced in an expensive Onkyo 4-way floorstanding speaker (8 ohms, 150 watts). The original super tweeter in the right tower failed and I replaced it first to compare to the original Onkyo super tweeter still working in the left tower. The pyramid definitely stood out compared to the original in the other tower, so I went ahead and replaced that as well. I had to drill a bit more hole so I decided not to do it unless there was a noticeable improvement and there was, so I took my time and installed both the right and left pyramids. This gave new life and better volume to the ultra-high frequencies in 1992 Onkyo towers (big magnets, no doubt). Especially for cymbals, triangles and flutes in classical music. I'm glad the original super tweeter blew up. Very happy with the repair, no complaints for the price. PS: The towers have their own crossovers, so I cut off the small crossover soldered to the Pyramid terminal as unnecessary.
