Review on Ultra Flex Clear Vue PVC Hose by Ruben Jamrock

I don't usually take the time to write reviews but my experience with this product has led me to share a review to prevent others from making mistakes. I bought this hose a few months ago to collect dust and chips on my CNC router. At first I thought the hose was excellent quality and perfect for my application. However, over time the true quality of the hose became apparent. Because it was installed on my 7 x 12 foot CNC machine, this hose was subjected to a lot of movement. When the hose moves, the inner wire that forms the structure of the hose would detach from the plastic, and then the suction force of the dust collection system would squeeze the hose and block the airflow. The main disadvantage of this hose is that the inner wire is not well attached to the plastic body. If you're using this hose with a dust collector that generates a lot of suction, or plan on moving the hose around a lot, I suggest you look elsewhere.
