Review on Keith by James Gregg

Keith team have been very helpful, the project manager, James has been very proactive in ensuring that the project is on track to meet the deadline. The only thing i would like to improve is the communication, there has been a lot of delays and i have not had any communication from James about the project. As a small business owner who is not a technical expert, Keith have helped me to understand the process and they have been very proactive. The customer service is excellent! I have been working with them for nearly 2 years now. They constantly communicate what they are doing to ensure that we stay compliant. Nothing. We trust them completely when it comes to ensuring our privacy policy complies with GDPR requirements.They always give us updates as new laws come into place. It's an ongoing process but their team ensures we remain always in full compliance.
