Not durable enough and returns are expensive - beware
I bought this unit for Β£3200. (rated at 5,000 pounds) trailer weighing 300 pounds. When installing according to the instructions, the device wobbled in the mounting bracket, see photo 1. The screw was tightened to the maximum, but when you let the motor run in one direction, the device wobbled. I was afraid that the device would not open, so I ask you to return it. My mistake of not checking first cost me $75.00 to return to the delivery point. Buyers be careful, let's see how long it takes to get a refund.
