Excellent quality from Oxo
These pliers are of excellent quality and feel good in the hand. They are also very persistent. I bought two of these - one for raw meat/chicken/pork and the other for carefully cooked foods to avoid contamination. I just throw them in the dishwasher - no need to hand wash. In fact, I also have two other sizes of Oxo tongs: 12" and 15". Each size of Oxo tongs serves a purpose both in my kitchen and outside when the boys are grilling.
