Review on Spotler by Michael Powell

I love that we can create our own templates, use pre-made ones or even upload an image directly in my emails! The UI is also very intuitive which makes it easy for me as admin user to send out mass messages without any issues at all (or so far).

It's not perfect yet but they are working hard towards improving this product further by adding more features such as sending bulk images from one template file instead of having them uploaded individually. We have been able to automate many tasks with spotlers helpdesk tickets system where customers could be assigned automatically when needed assistance via phone calls etc.
