In short, my guppy was pregnant three times. Each time I tried a different type of nursery. This is the only thing that worked. I have about 7-8 guppy brood in the aquarium. I'm not sure how many were actually born because she had them when I wasn't around. The holes hardly seem wide enough for the juvenile fish to slip through. I don't breed guppies so I don't care. (Although I don't like the idea of the juveniles being eaten.) I have a few females and one male in a community tank. I'll update when she inevitably gets pregnant again.
