I like how fast they get back with you when there are issues during an audit or test session.
They have been very responsive! The price is great for what it covers (and their pricing structures tend towards being fair). Nothing as such but would be happy if they offered some free support beyond just emailing them questions via ticket/forum etc once every few months - maybe something at no charge so that customers who don't need constant contact can afford this service without incurring ongoing charges? That's my only gripe really :) Highly recommend using NISEI-CTF challenges from time to again & use these guys too. There wasn't any particular issue here although i did come across one instance where someone had used similar tools which was confusingly named after another toolkit called 'Nexus'.
