Great way send email messages quickly

I like that it allows me to have all of my customers in one place, so if there is an issue or question with a specific person they can be handled at once rather than having multiple emails going back and forth. It also makes it easier when sending out surveys to track who has completed them/when they were done as well. At this time we do not really love anything about keepCon other then how easy it was to switch over from another ticketing system. If you are looking for something simple and quick to set up and use, check into keepCon! We started using keepCon because it allowed us to easily create several different types of tickets. This helped our team understand what each individual member of staff needs to do throughout their day more effectively.
