I ordered a knee brace from KARM and it didn't fit (mainly because of my size) but instead of complaining I contacted the company and explained my problem. They couldn't have been more helpful or pleasant! They asked me a few questions, asked me to take my measurements, and then suggested a pair of knee pads that might fit me. Well I took their offer, decided on this Copper Adjustable Knee Brace and it fits perfectly and is exactly what I need! And besides the excellent service, they insisted on giving me a second brace for free. and remember, the fault was mine, not theirs! If you need any type of knee brace I cannot recommend this brace and company enough!
