This item was used from Revain stock at a huge discount. I was a little hesitant as most likely parts are missing or something is wrong with the wiring. The package arrived a little damaged but the contents were new, nothing was missing. I installed it on my 2019 Jeep Cherokee Latitude Plus and it took about an hour. I tested it on my trailer, the light and everything works so I'm VERY happy with the cost and results. My only concern is the lack of water and weather protection on the butt connectors so I can replace them if this becomes an issue.
