Bought a kit of 6" 10ft PVC 40 profile from the local hardware store, cut to 8ft 2" for my desired application, sanded, spray painted, sanded and spray coated 2nd, sanded sprayed 3rd. , sanded, clear coat added, mounted perfectly on the roof rack. Caught right by the roof rack rails. Looked so good and so useful I made it twice. I can carry fishing rods, wood, pipe, fittings, PVC, whatever I want. Super functional and 2 were made under 200 with paintwork and around 3 or 4 hours of work. Super helpful.
