The product is an absolute nightmare. Through trial and error, I found that this NAS is nearly impossible to set up and configure .The instructions were not helpful, and the support team was of no help. With all my experience in Computers this was an incredibly frustrating experience. The only pro was that the initial cost of the NAS was reasonable. The cons include a complicated and unreliable setup process, low-quality technical support, and slow performance. Save your time and money and avoid this product at all costs..
