I bought this for a dual purpose - I was having foot surgery and I wanted my leg to be able to be elevated easily (compared to for using 2-3 pillows that tip over) and when I have a stuffy nose use it during sleep to breathe easier and drain the congestion. So far I've been using this damn thing almost 24/7 for 15 days. The first photo is the day of my surgery and it's not quite fluffy yet; 2nd Interim, last two today, shows some signs of wear. Can't berate it too much for that because 15 full days of use is tough on anything but I took 1 star off because I felt like it was wearing out twice as much as it has in that time. Overall I think it was an amazingly useful tool. for me at this time.
