Like some of the other reviewers, I really wanted them to like this printer and it prints well when it prints. First, the wireless connection is very poor. Other wireless devices in the same location will connect to the nearest access point with no problems, but Canon always says the signal strength is "poor" or "very poor". As a result, it is constantly disconnected from the network. How hard is it to fit a decent 802.11 radio? Now I'm having trouble getting something to print and I can't find any settings in the Canon printer drivers or printers that would help me determine if the problem is with the port connection on my computer, printer or WAP. Canon's touchscreen is very poor. It's unresponsive and the scrollbar is ridiculously difficult to use as it's tiny and seems to overlap the touch area for menu options. It reminds me of very rare UIs in the 1980s when a few extra bytes of memory or pixels were a big deal. In 2018, how difficult is it to create a decent small screen UI with a menu that lets you actually diagnose the problem?
