The best part of this software is that it allows me access from anywhere in the world, as long as I have an internet connection. It also has many features which are very helpful for my organization. Sometimes there can be some lag time when using certain functions or navigating through menus. For example, if you try to navigate away from your current page while viewing a list of employees, sometimes it takes a few seconds before the screen refreshes back to where you were previously. This program has helped us streamline our administration process by allowing us to track employee information at any given point during their employment. We use this software mainly to keep up-to-date records regarding our employees' medical condition, retirement status, etc., so we know who needs what benefit plan/service.
