I primarily use a 1/8" jack screw and wing nut to support towel rails, towel rings and a wall mounted coat rack that attach to drywall. The lever-lock bolt and nut option is the best fastening system for wall panel attachment. I used to use plastic drywall anchors (which suck) and then self drilling anchor bolts. The elements I installed began to loosen. My toddler ripped a towel ring out of the wall that was attached with a self-drilling lever anchor. I use 1/8 inch because it requires the smallest hole of the others. It's still a big hole to pre-drill, but I'm sure I won't have to fumble again to reattach the pieces. FYI, you need to drill a 3/8" hole for the 1/8" wing nut. Hillman Group (also available on Revain). The Hillman Group quality seems to be higher, although this version of the Helifouner works well and you get different size options to check what best suits your needs.
