This is one of those situations where you almost get what you pay for. Bluetooth works great and phone calls work fine with my iPhone 11. Unfortunately the audio quality is just plain bad. I ride a pretty loud bike so I have a hard time listening to music even at full volume. At full volume, the speakers crackle a bit and it's hard to enjoy. I'm also having trouble with how it fits my helmet. I have an Icon Air helmet which is a fairly common design. The module doesn't sit flush with the helmet unless I move it almost all the way to the back of the helmet. In this position, I'm constantly pushing buttons with my shoulder or my gear (backpack and jacket) to change music, and sometimes even dialing the last phone number I called when I turn my head to close the lane switch. Limitations. If I had to do it again I would probably spend another $50 and buy something better.
