Review on Enhanced Performance: Power Stop K2376 Front and Rear Z23 Carbon Fiber Brake Pads with Drilled & Slotted Brake Rotors Kit by Haji Anderson

I installed them on a 2005 Subaru Forester about 60 days (2000 miles) ago. The installation went fairly smoothly (I've been making brakes myself for over 30 years), although I had a similar problem: the front pads were too tight. I just cleaned and used the old ones. The car was used and the brakes were warped after purchase. I suspect they may have been resharpened by the dealer, so I don't have much history or experience with this car or its normal OEM brake life. The items were well made and well packaged. I replaced all four brakes as I had at least one deformed rotor on the brakes and thought I would just start over. I followed the break-in guide and the improvement in braking was immediately noticeable. After 60 days in the snow/salt, the rotors showed no sign of rust. I have quite a lot of front brake dust on the front discs, but that's what I expected with these pads. If they continue to perform at this level after a few thousand miles I will up my rating to 5 stars and update the review. I hope they last a long time because they are very smooth and they stop the car very well. 1 year, 12,000 mile upgrade. The brakes still work great and as I mentioned the rotors still shine like new with no visible rust. I am very satisfied with this product!
