I glued it on the top of a steel post. Not what it was made for, but works fine. One of those things you must have, but once installed, never think of anymore. Seems to be heavy duty plastic.

- Looks great. Keeps moisture out of top end of 4x4 address post.
- Did not fit my posts. Needs a flat top to mount too. My tops are tapered.
