I bought this for off-road photos and videos in my jeep. Others I've had don't stick to the windshield, or the dash mounts are too loose, or the holder drops the phone. However, this one has an excellent grip on both the window and the phone. Unfortunately, driving on off-road tires creates high-frequency vibrations. I haven't found a workaround for this yet. So I still can't record video while driving on the pavement or off-road due to the "judder effect". It's not this device's fault, if you just want a strong window mount to securely hold cell phones of almost any size, this could be your solution.
