Give it a try for yourself.

I have a very short neck & didn't fit properly in the neck cradle. I think the idea is good for the standard size person. I'm curious about all the very positive reviews? I've been contacted 3 times to change my review. I'm not saying this is a bad product, I'm just saying it didn't work for me. Thank you.
