Easy to use call center software & excellent customer service support

The ability to record calls, monitor call flow, manage agents with ease of use! Nothing so far that I can think off but if there's anything else you would like added please let me know at info@maircsoftworks.com.

We are using it as our main customer service system within my organization (call center). It has been very easy to set up and train employees how to utilize this software effectively which makes life easier when dealing with customers who have questions or complaints about products/services we provide them.

Pros
  • Simplicity is what drew us in initially for mIRC; no unnecessary bells & whistles just function works right out of box
Cons
  • There really isn't much downside since all features work well enough without any glitches whatsoever
