I love that they are up front about what their process is for creating designs from inception through completion of projects. They also give you multiple options so there isn't one "right" answer or method when it comes time too find out who should do your logo/branding work (i have had 3 different people at this point). It can be overwhelming trying all these new ideas but not having someone tell me why i'm wrong helps in those situations as well! Having more than 1 person involved with my branding project has been great because everyone brings something unique into each stage - whether its color preference / style preferences etc..
