Review on Enhance Weather Monitoring with YoLink Weatherproof Temperature Sensor & Hub Combo by Robert Hole

I initially had an issue with the device giving inaccurate readings - I called their support team which was answered immediately by a real person who had updated information on what is happening with is the device and promised to contact my programming department to see if there was an issue requiring a software update - within 24 hours the issue was resolved and the new software was remotely uploaded to my device AND I received one additional call from support team . to make sure all is well. This is AMAZING customer service that most other companies don't have! I highly recommend this company and their products.
