I like how easy it was to set up my account with helpdesk eddy, they were very helpful in answering all our questions about their software! The price point isn't too high either which makes this great option if you're looking into an integrated CRM tool but don’t want tons added features or have lots of bells & whistles (which we do). We are able track calls from customers as well so when someone contacts us via phone number vs email address - there's no way around being notified by e-mail instead of just having voicemails stored until later unless maybe using call recording feature? Great integration between emails/texts + telephone numbers helps eliminate time spent searching through different platforms trying find what info one might need during any given transaction.
