Easy To Use Benefits Management Software
The most innovative tool for our organization is eBenefits. It is an easy tool to use, simple to navigate, and extremely user-friendly. The customer service is also very responsive and helpful. I would like to see an option for more extensive reporting. We use eBenefits for all of our benefits needs. The tool is easy to use and allows us to manage our benefit plans in one place. We are able to send out new benefit packets, receive benefit information, and even file for new enrollments on our benefit plans.
Pros
- Ebenefit's ease at managing my entire employee population with their various medical insurance options (health/vision) as well providing me access so that i can submit any changes quickly via email or phone call! Very convenient!!! And when questions arise they have always been quick enough respond back within hours..great support system!! :)
