I received this as a replacement. Another hose from my shower that lasted about 5 years but eventually failed. Overall this host seems to be of pretty good quality. The only reason for deducting a star is that the connectors are too big to fit. Slider holder that allows that? The shower head has to go up and down for my kids. If it was maybe 1/8 inch smaller in diameter it would fit perfectly. And so sometimes it falls out and despite the heaviness of my showerhead, it breaks badly when it lands.
