Review on Abby Connect by Dee Parson

I have been very happy so far! Everyone has always responded promptly to my emails or questions quickly when needed!! Great customer support. Definitely recommend their services for sure. ! Their prices are pretty reasonable too compared other companies around me who charge way higher rates than they should be charging considering how simple it really makes life easier by having an extra employee at hand just sitting there ready whenever we need them most. !! I love how easy it is to use! It's very user friendly and makes communicating easier than ever before. There aren't any cons for me personally but honestly there isn't anything bad about this program at all. In my opinion they should have one additional feature where we could see who called us from our phones or emails. Other then that everything has been great so far! We were able to add some features that made communication smoother between employees.
