The best part is being able to send out surveys in bulk from our admin page! We can set up as many or few questions we want for each individual client which makes it easy when you're sending them across multiple states/countries all at once time!! There's nothing I dislike about this software; however there are some things that could be improved like making sure they have more than one option besides "yes" &"no".

A must use tool if your looking into using an online platform where customers will answer long questionnaires without any issues of missing answers etc.. It has helped us streamline so much work because now every department knows how often clients access certain areas within my website (which leads directly back down towards analytics).
