Beautiful but Deceptive!
While we enjoyed the challenge of this puzzle, many of the pieces could fit in multiple places. The strategy to create your outer edge/frame first definitely does not work with this puzzle. In fact, one of the last pieces we inserted was to move pieces in the outer frame. However, the vintage travel posters of the National Parks are lovely and provided various fun pictures within the larger picture to assemble. I might purchase another puzzle like this, but I would want to remember that the shape of the pieces is not a reliable strategy for putting together the puzzle.
