Well I bought one to see if it would work for the TWO projects I have in mind before abandoning Lucre for the second unit. Reading the spec sheet out of the box the potential looks amazing EXCEPT for the cable length between the display and the sensor assembly. One project was for a voltammeter in a car, the other was a solar panel battery charge monitor in addition to the panel controller information. The pinhead engineer, or rather the dung bean counter, who pointed out the 8-inch and 20-inch 6-wire cable should be gutted with a dull, rusty spoon. The length is certainly not suitable for car assembly and too damn short to monitor my solar system even in the battery compartment, let alone from a distance!
