The best thing about red hawk is that it gives you all information in one place so there's no need to go through different sources if something happens,it alerts me everything at once! I don't like how slow they are when responding after an incident has been reported but thats just my opinion as i'm sure other people find this really useful too!! Nothing actually dislike apart from their slowness but its very minor and not worth mentioning. We use red hawks for our network monitoring system (redhawks). It does what it says on the tin - we monitor devices within networks using redhawk software. It also allows us to manage access permissions etc of those devices meaning less time spent doing admin work.
