Will update in 15 days, works fine. There are many scuffs and scratches on the outside of the laptop. Also on the sides. Nothing TOO serious. There are scratches and scuffs on the rubber on the bottom, not too noticeable. ADVANTAGES: The battery is fully charged. The installation went smoothly with no hiccups. The glowing outer Apple signature works well. When the laptop is opened, the screen has no visible scratches, cracks or scuffs at all. - The keyboard has no loose keys and lights up well. - The trackpad has no scratches and works very well, no weird working sides goodbye. - The software is automatically updated to Catalina, I kind of want to wait for the update to Big Sur.
