From the first day our motorized blinds were installed by a professional I was disappointed with Somfy. Can't warn people enough to do their homework! Stay away from Three Day Blinds, stay away from Somfy. All products are faulty and rarely work as they should. We tried to buy this gadget to help. The product came in a torn packaging and was never able to get it to work. Back immediately. Another company with a different technology is installing the windows and the rest of our home. I'm trying to convince my husband that I can get rid of the cheap Somfy devices in our master bedroom and switch to a new company. although we have had the house and amenities for less than a year. This is Somfy's nightmare. I hope this review saves someone else from the terrible mistake we made working with Somfy. I hope you don't agonize over buying this gadget to find out that it's also a POS.
