This was my first time trying out a water heater pad and i really like it! It stays HOT for a long time! I think this type of heat application is more ideal and effective for pain! I used it for menstrual cramps and it provided a quicker and natural remedy vs popping a Motrin! I read some reviews where people recommend putting this on your bed before bedtime but i wont be trying that only because even though so far it is leak proof i dont want to risk water spilling and damaging my new mattress! I think microwavable heat pads are more appropriate for bed use!
