Review on RUPSE Touch Screen Zinc Alloy RV Keyless Handle Door Lock: Advanced Camper Trailer Latch with Keypad & Fob, Wireless Remote Control, and Durable Metal Backplane by Fort Steffen

I bought two of these for the Toy Hauler which we painted, the first installed with no problems, the second didn't fit, I had to enlarge the lock hole to get it closed fit (File the fiberglass). Both locks don't latch from the outside, they leave a 3/8" strip above the lock handle on the outside (going to a full body paint shop I have to paint it). Programming the code in the lock is agony, they say. Simultaneously press 8 and lock until you click. This is a code that also locks the lock, press 8 then lock. After 15 attempts to change the code on the first lock I got it working, the second lock more than 25 times to change the code. I love that the locks are metal, but THEY ARE STILL CHINESE junk! The remote has two lock buttons and two unlock buttons, but you can only program one lock. I am not sure if I will keep them. The upper lock can only be locked with a key from the outside, backwards the deadbolt is controlled via the keypad and remote control. NO HELP/CUSTOMER SERVICE OR CALL NUMBER.
